Erica Hood
Erica began her career as a cosmetologist 8 years ago and has loved every step of the journey along the way.
Initially, she was drawn to the hair industry because it provided her with an artistic outlet, but as she gained experience she realized how much she enjoyed building relationships with a wide variety of clients. Being a hairdresser provides her with the opportunity to make people feel good inside and out, and create lasting positive experiences inside the salon chair.
As a Bay Area native, she spent a majority of her career as a color specialist in San Francisco and Marin. She is excited to be sharing her passion of color with Sonoma County, all while enjoying the wine, mountains and beauty this area has to offer.
Erica possesses extensive color knowledge and has taken numerous color theory classes throughout her career. She specializes in fashion colors, gray coverage and balayage, which allows her to get creative with freehand hair painting and customize her technique based on the desired look.
